PAYMENT TERMS:
To secure your reservation with VIP Ride Way, a valid credit card authorization is required at the time of booking. The card will be charged 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup to guarantee your service. All reservations must be paid in advance to be confirmed. Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed & availability may change. All personal & corporate bookings will be billed to the customer’s credit card. Confirmed payment allows us to allocate the necessary vehicle & ensure your transportation is ready & reliable for your trip.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
SUV Cancellation: Cancellation made 24 hours or more are eligible for full refund.
LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATION:
Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
NO REFUND POLICY:
This No Refund Policy applies to all transportation Services provided by VIP Ride Way, whether booked through our website, app, by email, phone, or via text message. By purchasing or submitting payment for any of our services, clients acknowledge & agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
NO REFUNDS:
Please note that all sales are final. VIP Ride Way maintains strict no refund policy. Once payment is received for any services, it’s non-refundable under all circumstances. We understand that plans can change & we’re always happy to assist with rescheduling based on availability. However, the initial payment will remain non-refundable.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
In the rare event that a service is not provided as scheduled, clients must notify the company immediately by sending a text message to the owner at (248) 780-0023 at the time of the scheduled pickup time. Failure to report the issue at that time may result in the dispute being considered invalid.
CHILD SEAFTY SEATS:
VIP Ride Way is pleased to provide child safety seats, including infant seats & booster seats, upon Request. Please note that an additional fee may apply for the use of these seats. For the safety of your child, it’s the client’s responsibility to properly install the car seat or booster seat. The use of any child safety equipment provided by VIP Ride Way is at the client’s sole discretion & risk. VIP Ride Way, its affiliates, & their respective directors, employees, partners, agents, & representative make no warranties or guarantees regarding the quality, safety, reliability, or performance of the child safety seats or the services related to their use. VIP Ride Way assumes no liability for the installation, use, or consequences thereof.
VEHICLE DAMAGE:
A minimum fee of $250 will be charged for any damage to the vehicle, with the final amount based on the extent of the actual damages incurred. This includes, but is not limited to, the cost of cleaning or repairing damage resulting from bodily fluids, burns to carpets or seats, spilled beverages, food stains, makeup spills, or torn upholstery.
ALCOHOL, SMOKING, & ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES:
Alcohol consumption is permitted only in our Sprinter Limo Party Bus vehicle & only when all passengers are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with applicable laws. Smoking, including the use of E-Cigarettes & vaping devices, as well as the consumption of alcohol (outside the designated vehicles), food, & the possession of weapons, is strictly prohibited in all VIP Ride Way vehicles. Any illegal activity during the course f the trip is strictly forbidden. Should any such activity occur, the chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the ride immediately, & the full fare will be charged without refund.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
VIP Ride Way & its chauffeur is not responsible or any personal items that are lost, left behind, or damaged in the vehicle. While we cannot guarantee the recovery of lost belongings, we will make every reasonable effort to locate & return any items to their rightful owner.
UNSCHEDULED WAIT TIME POLICY:
For all point-to-point transfers & airport trips, a complimentary 15-minute grace period is included in your reservation. If additional wait time is required beyond this window, your chauffeur will notify you of their availability to remain on-site.
If the delay extends to 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, continued airtime will only be accommodated of the chauffeur’s schedule permits. To maintain timely service for all clients, the chauffeur may be required to depart after the 30-minute mark. In such cases, the reservation will be classified as a No-Show, & the full fare will be charged in accordance with our No-Show policy.
WAIT TIME RATES:
Point-to-Point & Airport Transfers:
Each pickup includes 15 minutes of complimentary wait time. After 15 minutes, wait time will be billed at the Vehicle’s hourly rate:
- $85/hour for Standard SUV
- $150/hour for Sprinter
- Wait time begins at the scheduled pickup time.
AIRPORT PICKUPS:
For airport pickups, our rates include the following grace periods from the flight’s actual ate arrival time:
- 30 minutes for Domestic Flights
- 60 minutes for International Flights
Any additional wait time beyond the included period will be charged at the hourly rate for the assigned vehicle.
Early/Late Pickup Fee:
Please note that any pickup scheduled before 5:00 a.m. or after 11:30 p.m. will incur an additional fee of $20 of the total fare. This fee applies to both early morning and late evening pickups. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.
VEHICLES CAPACITY:
For the safety of all passengers, it’s both unlawful & unsafe to exceed the designated seating capacity of any vehicle. VIP Ride Way strictly enforces this regulation. To ensure a safe & comfortable experience, please confirm that your group size aligns with the capacity of the reserved vehicle. If additional space is needed, we will be happy to assist in arranging a larger vehicle or multiple vehicles to accommodate your party. Your safety & comfort remain our highest priorities.
SMOKING, VAPING, & ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES:
Smoking & vaping are strictly prohibited in or near any of our Vehicles. The possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden & subject to legal enforcement. A mandatory cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for any violation of this policy.
RESERVATION MODIFICATIONS:
All reservation changes must be communicated directly through phone, text, or email. Please note that any modification made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are subject to availability & may incur additional charges.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE:
